Coffee IV needed here - stat!
The drive in was a little bit tense, as we finally got our first snow of the season - a nice, almost six inch snowfall that came fairly gently, over about twenty hours. Taking the city streets rather than the freeway, I go through three different municipalities (though it all looks like one city) with very different philosophies of snow plowing (and budgets). Makes an interesting drive.
Glad it is Friday, and a three day weekend to boot. See my plumbing adventure from last night here. I'll post pictures when the final install is done. Be warned - I really do want input on the color for the "not-orange" master bath. I'm leaning toward some sort of beige/tan/off white, but am open to other (not-orange) suggestions.
No great plans for the weekend other than a hair appointment. I seem to have caught the nasty cold the office is sharing, and may spend much of the weekend curled up under a quilt with orange juice and tissues close to hand, reading. Yup, poor me!
How about you? Have you had your first snow yet, or do you live someplace where you bask in above-freezing temperatures all year round?
