After work today I'm off to take a look at the second place referenced in this post. It's smaller than the condo I looked at Sunday, as well as being on the side of town that would force me to finagle my way to work through yet another major freeway reconstruction in just a couple of years. It's also more expensive, though the fact the buildings are considerably newer may have something to do with that.
Actually, I called four different realtors on four different properties yesterday, yet only received one call back. Granted, one guy is on vacation until tomorrow (and that would be the property I'm most anxious to see - another unit in the same complex as the one from Sunday), but I'm surprised at the lack of communication. If they don't want to sell to me, I'll be happy not to buy from them, if you know what I mean.
Looking at new places is fun; it's the making up my mind that may drive me around the bend.
