Monday: Warm enough that the roof at Miller Park was open for opening day - for the first time in the park's decade-long life.
Wednesday: Projected high of forty degrees, with up to an inch of snow accumulation overnight.
Wisconsin: the state where you may need both furnace and air conditioning in the same week.
In other variableness - local elections were held yesterday. From what I see of the results, incumbents had a rough time of it, unless they had done a particularly good job of holding down expenses in the last year or so, or where the challenger was noticeably weak. This seems to hold true statewide, as well.
One can only hope this is a foreshadowing of the November elections.
