Last night, I made a gorgeous salad out of the leftovers from Saturday, intending it for today's lunch.
This morning, I grabbed a container of the frozen the-pinto-beans-aren't-cooked-enough chili and threw it in my lunch bag.
I didn't realize until just now that I had a gorgeous salad...sitting in the refrigerator at home.
Argh.
