You know it's Monday when...

...You wake up to the radio, which is broadcasting faint static. Not unusual, the clock radio slips off station every so often, especially when it is humid. But the radio in the car - whose presets are all tuned to the wonderful Christian station - is blaring "hot fm" on those presets, complete with some woman whining about getting someone in their birthday suit. The Christian station is nowhere to be found. UPDATE: I had contacted them when I got to work, and it seems there has been an equipment failure. They are working on a fix.

- You are substituting for the leader of the on-line Bible study, and all you need to do early this morning is upload a picture to the Facebook group. Only Facebook refuses to recognize the jpeg file as a jpeg file. You find a work around that puts the picture up in miniature form.

- You get to work to discover that the half of the parking lot in which you usually park is cordoned off, as it was repaved and striped over the weekend. You know that it will be released for parking when facilities gets here around 8:30, but it's 6:20, and you are forced to park on the other side, in the sun, on what promises to be the hottest, most humid day of the year.

- After getting to your office and eating breakfast, you realize the "nausea" side effect of the med you take is in full force.

It's going to be a long day.
