....people will snap cell phone pictures of people laying on the lawn, enjoying the sunshine and send them police dispatchers to report a dead body.
Note that while I put this under "...and in local news", it happened in Madison, the deep blue capitol of our state, home to our brightest university. Somewhere in here there is a decent joke about liberal policies, but it's too close to my quitting time (why yes, I actually work for a living) for me to figure it out.
By the way, be sure to click through to the link to Madison.com on the linked article...it gets even stranger. "Zombie scare"?
