A random Tuesday

The just-past-full moon hung in the west this morning - crystal clear, showing all her peaks and valleys. Absolutely awesome.

I was driving west rather than east in order to hit Panera for birthday bagels. Baking is rather hit or miss with me, so it is better all around for me to pick up a treat rather than try to make one myself.

First day back at work was typical - three people tried to dump some of their work on me, but I successfully defended myself. Oh, and if you are going to forward something to me? Please at least put in a message, so I know what exactly you are expecting. Honestly, I'm beginning to think I should do with work forwards the same thing I do with forwards to my personal e-mail account: delete them unread.

Left early to go to the doctor, and I exited the doctor's office around the time I would have normally left work. This is significant, because when I got home, the sun was still up. Not set, not in the process of setting, but fully above the horizon. Two weeks ago I would have needed headlights before I left the parking lot.

They are expecting a high close to 52 degrees today. Thursday's projection is a high of twenty-nine and snow flurries. Our weather is a bit confused/confusing. I remembered to buy hot chocolate two weeks ago, but it's been so warm I haven't wanted any.
