I'm off to the
cheese shop after work to pick up some andouille sausage (that sentence does make sense; they sell a variety of sausages as well as crackers, wine, cutting boards - anything that goes with cheese). It's impossible to go without buying some cheese, though.
So - what is your favorite cheese? Fontina is already on my list. Although it is a semi-soft product that melts beautifully and is used extensively in cooking, I like to eat it straight off the block as well. I'm not averse to
stinky "assertive and piquant" flavors.
