Nice article about one the geniuses behind one of my favorite places - Panera.
Trying to explain what Panera is like when there are none in the area:
"I used to have to explain to my friends and neighbors who I worked for, because we didn't have locations here," Davis said. "I'd say it was a sandwich shop, only nicer than most, and like a Starbucks, only with more food."
Although I personally prefer Starbucks for specialty coffee drinks, the hazelnut flavor at Panera is very tasty.
