Rain, rain, go - hey, I could use a rainy day

We are supposed to get a "March soaker" beginning tomorrow after work, an all night/all the next day rain.  If nothing else, it will remove or at least significantly decrease the dirty snow lining the streets.  Not to mention how nice it is to fall asleep to the sound of rain on the windows.

Tonight, however, I need to make the grocery run I didn't do after church yesterday (I did say Saturday I might make stuffed shells OR take a nap Sunday after church; guess which won?).  That it is going to be rainy tomorrow night puts the added pressure on to make sure I go shopping tonight.  I'm not particularly fond of the grocery lately, no matter which one.

The shells are easy to make, provided you don't make the marinara from scratch.  Even that isn't difficult, just time consuming.  Depending on what time I leave here, I may make them tonight anyway with jarred sauce (that sound you here is my Sicilian grandmother turning in her grave). But what a perfect dinner for tomorrow's rainy evening - cheese stuffed shells in sauce, a big green salad and a glass of wine.
