The Democrats must be panicking at the thought they could lose Wisconsin in November. For the second time this summer, the fundraiser-in-chief is going to visit the area, ostensibly to tour a clean energy company, but in reality to beg money for Mayor Barrett's flagging campaign for the governorship.
Of course, it's a bit of a coin toss as to whether, given his current approval ratings, the endorsement of the president helps or hurts the campaign. Given the mood in the state these days, I'm betting hurts.
