Once I unchecked the "restart program" button, the rest of my computer became available. Just not the phone.
Called IT, left a message for them to call me on my cell. The helpful tech called, then asked me
"Is this the best number to reach you at today?"
Duh.
Although I will say, it is restful not having to take any calls.
