Forbes just released their list of top ten cities for job growth in 2009. Top of the list? Madison, Wisconsin. Milwaukee also made the list, at number five.
Granted, we may have snow for four (sometimes more) months of the year, but at least you would be employed and could afford to buy a snowblower.
