Early morning in

The night before: Set up program on coffeemaker. Do prep work on baked french toast; cover and refrigerate. Do as much prep work on topping as possible.

Early this morning: Preheat oven. Crumble topping over toast, put in oven.

Set timer; go back to bed for half an hour.

Wake up to freshly brewed coffee and hot baked pecan french toast.

Does it get any better?
