So, I changed the batteries in the optical mouse a few minutes ago, and now the mouse won't respond at all. I've tried several pairs of (new, obviously) batteries, shut down and restarted several times, all to no avail. Methinks it is dead.
Do you have any idea how difficult it is to navigate with only the keyboard? I did manage to get a recipe printed off, and put a title to this post (harder than it looks), but until I can get to the store after work tomorrow, the 'puter is mostly dead weight.
And here I am with all these things to talk about - how sometimes the best way to lead a Bible study is to shut up and listen, the Occassional Choir, having it warm enough to open the moonroof, more snow on the way and a bunch of other stuff. You'll just have to wait. Until then, have a visit with the good folks on the blogroll. Last week sometime I added the link for my church (which was an occasion for the sin of pride this morning - more about that later, too) - go have a look.
Off to bait the mousetrap - only this one wants cash, not cheese.
