Visitors

The New York Times deigned to send a reviewer to Milwaukee. They could only spare thirty-six hours, eight of which they presumably spent sleeping. Still, they covered a lot of ground (most of it eating and drinking).

On the other hand, the limited time they spent means they missed a lot. The world-class zoo. The funky little playhouses. The rest of the lakeshore. The other museum. The gorgeous churches. The botanical gardens at Whitnall Park.  And so much more.

I suppose we are intended to be forever grateful that the Grey Lady sent us a couple of reporters. Truthfully, I'm more impressed that they actually got the facts right, for a change.
