As if this blog isn't random enough.
Let's see...You already know my teeth are perfect; you realize I talk to myself (though not usually in my "outside" voice). I've admited (more than once?) that I think Kiefer Sutherland is hot (not so much as an ex-con, though); I've shared at least one of the odd things that have happened. I've shared my faith, yummy recipes, pretty quilts and some things that tick me off.
What's left?
1. At the tender age of seven, I became a published author. So what if it was in the Joint City School District #1 Composition compilation? My description of yearning for a black and white cat was poignant and elegantly written, not to mention correctly punctuated.
2. When I bought the 5-speed Integra in 1993, I couldn’t drive it. But I learned, and I’ve had a 5-speed ever since.
3. In both 2006 and 2007 I read entirely through the Bible. Yes, even the lists of genealogies, geography and temple utensils. It was hands down the best thing I’ve ever done.
4. Every time I have a small bag of regular M & Ms, I separate them into groups containing one of each color (making smaller and smaller groups as colors are used up) until I’m left with the stragglers of the final color. I eat them in reverse order. Don’t ask.
5. I’m very good with spatial relationships, and an ace at figuring out assembly diagrams. Have a box of parts and that little wrench from Ikea? Invite me over and I’ll be happy to put it together for you.
6. Public speaking holds no fears for me, whether giving a speech, teaching a class or acting a role in a play. Audiences I can handle; making small talk with new acquaintances is another thing entirely. I either clam up completely, or babble; guess which I'm doing now?
7. I never return or forward those e-mail friendship chain thingees although I read them all, and all memes die with me. Well, unless you want to play. If you do, leave a comment saying you are playing, list your random seven on your blog, tag seven other people and link back here.
