The Cleveland Indians are borrowing Miller Park this week for their three-game series against the Anaheim Angels, due to the load of snow on their own field. This is not the first time our stadium has been a stand-in for Cleveland.*
Unfortunately, they brought the snow with them: four to six inches in our area, to be exact.
So why couldn't it have been the Angels who brought their weather with them?
*The movie Major League was shot in the old Milwaukee County Stadium, as a stand-in for the Cleveland location. Apparently, the two ball fields were very similar, but it was cheaper to film here.
