The air conditioning that was working when I came in at 6:45 a.m. (outside temp: 76 degrees) stopped working two hours ago (outside temp: 98.7 degrees). It could be worse - I could have been one of the two women trapped for about an hour in our little four foot square elevator.
I'm beginning to think God is preparing me to go on a mission trip to someplace where it is always this hot - no air at work for two days during the last hot spell, no air at home, a breakdown in the air at Panera when I was there Sunday, and now this breakdown, again, at work.
This, too, shall pass...our low tonight is predicted to be 75 - the high predicted for Thursday is also 75. Wisconsin weather: if you don't like it, stick around for a while!
