A Wisconsin cheese took top honors in the contest for U.S. 2013 champion cheeses. Not only did we capture the top spot, we took 47 of the possible 81 gold medals.

In fact, I'd like to submit an official suggestion to the Brewers for a second mascot race during the games - one between different types of Wisconsin cheeses. After all, everyone knows nothing goes together like cheese and sausage.
