If you intend to test the emergency alert for fire marshalls and building emergency coordinators, PLEASE do not send the test voice mail and notifications two hours before the first, critcal year-end soft close, particularly when the two fire marshalls in the Comptroller's office happen to be the two people who are critical path!
Doing so may precipitate an ACTUAL emergency.
