Spell check fail #46576

Or, "That word, it does not mean what you think it means".

From an ABCNews.com story about the "snowquester" about to hit the east coast:

"Heavy participation is expected in Boston tonight with an expected accumulation of 6-8 inches of snow by Friday, according to the National Weather Service. "

In other news, a mass of snowflakes have declared their intent to boycott the current accumulation rally in the U.S. Northeast.

"We ain't bein' paid enough to band together," declared spokesflake Ima Snowden. "It takes away our individuality. We'll be stayin' separate, just swirling in the air as long as we can."

Snowden confirmed that landing on noses and eyelashes would be permissible, as long as accumulations do not pass one eighth of an inch.

That's hilarious! I guess that's what happens when you start personifying/naming winter storms.
